Achsmessstand - Achsmessanlage für Porsche und andere Rennfahrzeuge.
Mechanische Achsvermessung von Spur, Sturz, Nachlauf + Spreizung nur mit Radnabenadaptern!
Unsere Radnabenadapter dienen zum präzisen Vermessen Ihres Rennwagens und sind kombinierbar mit gängigen Messeinrichtungen.
Anstelle des Rennsportrades werden die Messvorrichtungen an die Radnaben geschraubt.
Ein problemloses und schnelles Überprüfen und korrigieren Ihrer Fahrwerkseinstellung an der Rennstrecke oder Ihrer Werkstatt ist somit sehr leicht möglich.
Durch den Wegfall des Rades im Radkasten, lassen sich alle gängigen Parameter zur Einstellung des Fahrwerkes, z.B. Spur, Sturz, Nachlauf und Höhe, wesentlich leichter korrigieren und überprüfen.
Die Einstellzeiten werden stark reduziert und Sie haben dadurch mehr wichtige Zeit bei der Vorbereitung Ihres Rennfahrzeuges.
Messfehler durch beschädigte Felgen werden zudem komplett vermieden !
Für die Vermessung wird nur ein harter Untergrund gebraucht. Eine Stahl oder Aluplatte oder Schiebeplatten oder Messbühne sind ideal! Die Messadapter lassen sich dadurch sehr leicht bewegen.
Mit der beigefügten digitalen Messuhr lässt sich schnell und einfach eine Sturzkorrektur und Überprüfiung des Nachlaufs vornehmen.
Die Messuhr ist magnetisch und lässt sich problemlos am Messschemel anheften, an der gespannten Schnur wird dann einfach die Spur eingestellt.
Lieferbar für alle gängigen Fahrzeugtypen z.B. Porsche, Seat, VW, BMW usw. !
Ebenfalls können alle Zentralverschlußvarianten verbunden werden.
Die Messschemel sind zusätzlich auch noch in der Höhe verstellbar und gewährleisten dadurch einen optimalen Freigang.
Die Standard Ausführung wird mit den Lochkreisen: 5x130, 5 x 120, und 5x112 geliefert.
Nutzbar ist diese Ausführung z.B.:
für alle Porsche, Audi, Seat, VW, Lamborghini Gallardo, Mercedes, BMW etc. mit 5-Loch Befestigung.
Jede weitere Variante ist auf Wunsch lieferbar!
Bei Sonderbestellungen die Maße angeben. Die Herstellungszeit ist dann 10 Tage
Optional sind 4 Stahlplatten als Unterlage für die Drehebene lieferbar.
Der Aufpreis hierfür beträgt: 100,00 Euro.

Our wheel hub adapters provides a precise wheel allignment for your
race car. It is combinable with all popular measuring systems.
Instead of the racewheels you mount the new wheel hub adapter system. A fast check of
all mesurements and calibrations will be immediately possible in your workshop or
at the race track, so that you can safe a lot of time for your importand set up work or
other things what you have to do before a race !
Mesurement errors in a result of damaged rims, are now complete avoid ! You have also
much more space in the wheelhouse, while you have to mount the wheel hub adaptors
instead of your rims !
The only thing what you need for an exact measurement, is a hard underground below
the Hub system.
A steel or aluminium plate or a measure platform is still ideal!
The measure adapter will move than much more easily.
With the attached digital measure clock is it simple possible to take a fast and easy
camber correction and an inspection of the caster.
The magnetic measure tool is easily to connect at the steel Hub adapter system.
You van use it for all popular car types such as Porsche, Seat, VW, BMW !
You can also use it for all central wheel locking systems for all race cars !
The measure tool is also variable in the height, it is simple to adjust with screws !
The standard hub system will be delivered with the following hole circle diameters.
5 x130, 5 x 120, and 5 x112, useable for such cars as:
most Porsche, Audi, Seat, VW, Lamborghini Gallardo, Mercedes, BMW etc. with 5 - hole
connection.
Every further variante is optional fast available!

The delivery time will be after payment around 10 - 14 days.
Optional can we deliver the 4 steel plates for better rotaton of the hubs at the floor.
